HOW STIR IS REOPENING
STIR will be fully operational when it reopens is patio on May 7th. We are only reopening because we are certain that we can operate in accordance with the high standards that we set for ourselves. Our mission is every guest, every time. We understand that when you dine with us, you expect the highest quality cuisine and service. However, there will be modifications to our normal operating procedures.
STIR will follow government recommendations for safeguarding the wellbeing of our guests and staff. From the perspective of our guests, this means:
We will limit the number of customers in the restaurant to less than 50% of seating capacity
Tables will be at least 6 feet apart, and social distancing will be enforced
Employees will be temperature checked at the start of each shift. Anyone displaying any symptoms will be placed on immediate sick leave.
Parties will be limited to a maximum of six people
Menus and condiments will be single-use
Sanitizer will be available throughout the restaurant
Other changes to standard operating procedures
Limited seating capacity will create wait times for walk-ins. We strongly recommend reserving a table and appreciate your understanding and patience.
